The steps to clear the cache vary depending on the browser you are using. This article covers the most common browsers we have come across:
Internet Explorer
Click on the Cog icon in the top-right
Click on Internet Options
Click the Delete button in the Browsing History section, ensuring that only the top 3 options are ticked
Click Delete at the bottom of that window
Google Chrome
Click on the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner
Click on Settings
On the left of the screen, click on Security and Privacy. Click on Clear Browsing Data"
On older versions of Chrome, this option is in the Advanced section
Click on Clear Data
Microsoft Edge
Click on the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner
Click on Settings
On the left of the screen, click on Privacy, Search, and Services
Scroll down to the Clear Browsing Data section
Click on Choose what to clear
Click on Clear Now
Firefox
Click on the 3-line menu button in the top-right
Click on Options
Click on the Privacy and Security option on the left
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section
Click on Clear Data
Click on Clear
Click on Clear Now
