The bankman application has the ability to control the requirement for photographs to be taken as part of the waste analysis. The settings that control this can be found in both Weighsoft (set for all devices), and on the mobile device itself (individual setting control).
From within Weighsoft:
Hover over Administration and click System Settings
Click Weighsoft Live on the left hand menu.
Select "Banksman" in the Category Dropdown
Enter "pictures" in the Search box
Click Filter
This will return two settings: "Require Waste Analysis Pictures" and "Require Waste Analysis Pictures if Multiple Components". From there click the Edit icon (
) on the required setting, click the New Value box to toggle the setting and click Save to update the setting.
From the mobile device:
Tap on the cog on the login screen
If the settings are locked, tap Administration Unlock and enter the PIN.
Tap Banksman
Tap Enforce photo for each waste analysis and Enforce photos for multiple components to change to enable or disable.
