Overview
Weighsoft contains a large number of reports and there will be some that you might use a lot more than others. To help get to these reports quickly you can mark a report as a "Favourite" for yourself, when this is done a link to the report is created on your Weighsoft homepage so you can access it directly without having to go through the report menus.
Set a Report as a Favourite
Any report can be marked as a Favourite.
Access the report via the normal Reports menu
When you get to the main report screen click on the "FV" icon in the top-right
You will be prompted to set a name for the report. We suggest keeping the default name that appears to avoid confusion in the future.
Click on Save Favourite
The report will now show in the "Your Homepage" section of Weighsoft
Note: Setting a report as a favourite will only do that for your user profile. There is no way to set a report as a favourite for multiple users at once.
Remove a Favourite Report
If you no longer use a report or the Favourite link is not working for some reason, you can remove the favourite via the below steps.
Navigate to Reports from the top of the screen and click on View More Reports at the bottom of the pop-up window
You will see all your favourite reports on the right of the screen, hover over the one you wish to remove and you will see a delete button pop up
Click on the delete button to remove that favourite from your system.
Note: Deleting the Favourite link does not affect the system report at all, it is just removed as a favourite on your account. It can be re-added as a favourite at any time.
